The Seaforth Isle

The Scaladale Centre is pleased to have purchased a new Pioneer safety boat which is named the "Seaforth Isle" with the grant aid from Children in Need. 

The Seaforth Isle is fully MSA safety coded, allowing for safe use up to 3 miles from the shore.  It's equipment includes life jackets, throw ropes, flairs and all the latest electronic safety and navigation gadgets that are on offer. 

A brilliant new feature is the fact that is has disabled access, with a landing craft style door to allow very easy embankment.

This new acquisition will allow the Scaladale Centre to advance all the water based activites like sailing and kayaking and to progress the camping trips to various little islands like Scarp and Taransay.
