Girls on The Move took place on 12th - 16th June 2006 in Tarbert Community Hall and the Scaladale Centre, Harris.
Young women aged
16-25 from all over Scotland took part in the Dance Leadership Programme. All 13 participants passed and are now able to go out into youth groups and Lead Dance Activities. The girls who took part from the Western Isles hope to be going out to Clubs after the summer holidays to try out their new skills, look out Lewis and Harris, there are some very enthusiast dancers coming your way!
